Arang Kel

Arang Kel is a stunning hilltop village in Neelum Valley, Located about 2 km above Kel at an altitude of over 8,000 feet, it can be reached either by a steep 3-4 hours hike or more easily by a cable car that now connects Kel to the trail above the river.
